Development and RELEASE in other than debug mode for Cydia

Hi, how can i modify appcelerator sourcez to be able to release my app even for cydia to be able to successfuly execute it without the need to keep original js files in directory ? And why is it even after release compile asking for app.js and throwing nsexception when it should be converted to one binary ?
